How long does delivery take?
Each piece is made to order in 3–5 business days, then ships by USPS in 2–5 business days. Most US orders arrive in about 5–10 business days. Priority shipping (FedEx) is available at checkout.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every US order.
Where do you ship?
To addresses in the United States.
When should I order for Christmas?
We recommend ordering by December 10 for delivery before Christmas with free standard shipping. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number. See Track your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If production hasn't started, we'll change or cancel your order. Once production has started, the order can't be changed or cancelled.

What are the necklaces made of?
Materials and sizes are listed on each product page, as stated by our production partner.
Can I write my own card message?
Not yet. Each design comes with the message shown in its photos.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Remove it before swimming, showering or exercising, keep it away from perfume and lotions, and store it dry in its box.
Problems and returns
My item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos (and a short video for a wrong item). We'll send you a free replacement. See Returns & Replacements.
Can I return an item I don't want?
Because every piece is made to order, we don't accept returns for a change of mind.

You can pay with the methods shown at checkout. Checkout is handled securely by Shopify.
